UN Environment Programme (UNEP) collaborates with a growing network of centres to complement and leverage its expertise, and improve the overall delivery of the organization’s work. Activities include delivery of projects, mobilization of resources, activities within their specialised areas and the expansion of UNEP´s advocacy role.
Centres collaborating with UNEP are entities legally separate and distinct from UNEP or the United Nations.
